Haha..this song has been buzzing in my head ever since we got back from watching the movie Enchanted last night. Enchanted is a classic disney movie emphasing the message that there is always hope in finding your true love..and in this movie the true love came out from the sewer!. Actually this movie reminds me of one of my random thoughts back to when i was a kid..what if..and what if one of the disney character got suck into the real world. My imagination was more boyish tho..i was thinking more in the line of Aladdin settings..imagine a really troubled, abandoned, homeless kid bumped into a wishing genie and used that to fight crime in let say err Gotham city?
Anyway, Enchanted is about a disney princess in her quest of finding a true kiss from her true love. In doing so, she met a prince and she later was thrown out of the disney world to New york by the prince evil mother. Interestingly, in New York she met a single dad with his daugther who is also a divorce lawyer. A clash of two worldy views on the notion of true love. To add more spice to the plot, Giselle ( The fairy tale princess) still has her disney powers of the ability to charm animals from afar to do her bidding. It was hillarious!
Heard and seen so many reviews on this movie from blogs and friends..and never thought i would fall to such a chick flick movie. But...unfortunately...i did. A great movie especially for dating couples looking for a no-brainer movie and a fluffy chick flick entertainment!
